RE: Claim Against the County of Hawai`i/David Kanemitsu
Dear Chairman Yoshimoto:
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we request
an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the Hawai`i
County Council on a property damage claim occurring on or about October 22, 2012
submitted by David Kanemitsu.
We ask that this claim be placed on the Council's January 8, 2014 agenda.
