Dear Chairman Yoshimoto:
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we request
an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the Hawai`i
County Council on a property damage claim occurring on or about July 7, 2013
submitted by State Farm Insurance on behalf of Glenn Timbal.
We ask that this claim be placed on the Council's January 8, 2014 agenda.
