CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005
EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM
AGRICULTURAL – FIVE ACRES (A-5a) TO SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL

– 15,000 SQUARE FEET (RS-15) AT KAHULUI 2, NORTH KONA, HAWAI‘I,
COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 7-5-017:043 (Applicant: Hualalai Partners of
Kona, LLC; approximately 14.968 acres)
The applicant requests a change of zone to develop a single-family residential
subdivision consisting of 43 lots. In addition, the applicant intends to submit a
Planned Unit Development application, which would allow flexibility for smaller lot
sizes (approximately 10,000 square feet), to be accessed by non-dedicable roadways.
