Please amend Bill 727 as follows:
1 . Extend the UDD 2 further eastward to coincide with the existing
State Land Use Urban Boundary.
2. Amend the SOD to encompass the area bounded by Mana Road,
Kahilu Road, and Mamalahoa Highway and designate the area, less
UDD 2, "alternate urban expansion."
