SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 140-13, Draft 2; Relating to a Grant of
Easements from Kohala Kai, LLC, for Public Access Purposes
Please find attached Resolution No. 140-13, Draft 2. Resolution No. 140-13 was amended
by replacement of Exhibit 1 with the "Grant of Public Access Easements" as provided in
Communication No. 343.27.
For informational purposes, there are no changes to the text of Resolution No. 140.
Please refer Resolution No. 140-13, Draft 2, to the Committee on Finance Agenda for
January 21, 2014.
