Speed Limits, Section 24-257, Schedule 5. 35 mile per hour limit, Paragraph (c) South Hilo be amended by deleting existing item and renumbering as required: (6) Haleloke Street. The purpose of this amendment is to revise the speed limit of Haleloke Street to 25 mph to match the lower section. A location map is attached for you reference. APPROVED 1 Warren H.W. Lee William P.
