Hawai`i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2011. Appropriates revenues in Federal Grants —
Distracted Driving Project ($25,278.40) and appropriates same to Distracted Driving Project.
AYES: Council Members Blas, Ford, Hoffmann, Ikeda, Onishi, Pilago, Smart, Yoshimoto, and
