Increases revenues in Federal Grants — Hawai`i Impact Grant ($51,607); and appropriates same to Federal Grants — Hawai`i Impact Grant. Amendments relate to the following: Appropriates funds to the operating budget a minimum of two percent of the certified real property tax revenues, including penalty and interest; funding shall consist of a minimum of two percent of actual revenue received in the fiscal year; and adds language relating to what the funds shall and shall not be used for, matching funds, and restrictive covenants regarding land and easement acquired through this fund.
