meeting of the County Council on April 20, 2011, by vote, as listed below:
Ordinance 11 -40 (Bill 311, Draft 3) (2008- 2010): Authorizes the Issuance of General
Obligation Bonds of the County of Hawai`i for the Purpose of Funding All or a Portion of
the Costs of Various Public Improvement Projects; Fixing the Form, Denominations, and
Certain Other Details of Such Bonds and Providing for Their Sale to the Public; and
Authorizing the Taking of Other Actions Relating to the Issuance and Sale of the Bonds.
AYES: Council Members Blas, Ford, Hoffmann, Ikeda, Onishi, Smart, and Yoshimoto —
7; NOES: Council Members Pilago and Chair Yagong - 2; ABSENT: None; EXCUSED:
None.
