Bill 35: Amends Ordinance No. 12-86, as Amended, the Operating Budget for the County of
Hawaii for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2013. Appropriates revenues in Hawaii Energy
Rebate— State ($35,000); and appropriates same to Light Emitting Diode (LED) Light Rebate
Program. AYES: Council Members Eoff, Ford, Ilagan, Kanuha, Kern, Onishi, Poindexter, Wille,
and Chair Yoshimoto —9; NOES: None; ABSENT: None; EXCUSED: None.
