Amends Section 24-280, Schedule 28, No parking at anytime, subsection (g), Puna, by adding, "Kahakai Boulevard, northeast (makai) side, between the two driveways of Keonepoko Elementary School along the southwest property line of parcel number 1-5-009:059."
