Bill 93: Amends Ordinance No. 13-65, as Amended, the Operating Budget for the County of
Hawai`i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2014. Appropriates revenues in Hawai`i Energy
Rebate— State ($44,112); and appropriates same to Light Emitting Diode (LED) Light Rebate
Program. AYES: Council Members Ford, Ilagan, Kanuha, Kern, Onishi, Poindexter, Wille,
Yoshimoto, and Acting Chair Eoff— 9; NOES: None; ABSENT: None; EXCUSED: None.
