18-90 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, As Amended) Relating to Public Transit
System, Island-Wide Fare Structure. AYES: Council Members Ilagan, Kanuha, Onishi,
Poindexter, Wille, Yoshimoto, and Acting Chair Eoff— 7; NOES: Council Member Ford - 1;
ABSENT: Council Member Kern - 1; EXCUSED: None.
Ordinance No. 13-77 (Bill 69): An Ordinance Amending Chapter 14, Article 1, Section 14-1 of the
Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, As Amended), Relating to Intoxicating Liquors
Prohibited in Certain Public Places. AYES: Council Members Ford, Ilagan, Kanuha, Onishi,
Poindexter, Wille, Yoshimoto, and Acting Chair EMI— 8; NOES: None; ABSENT: Council
Member Kern - 1; EXCUSED: None.
