the Purpose of Financing a Portion of the Costs of Constructing a Public Water System Serving the
Kona Ocean View Properties Subdivision; Fixing the Form, Denomination, and Certain Details of
Such Bonds, and Providing for the Sale of Such Bonds. AYES: Council Members Eoff, Ford,

Ordinance No. 13-85 (Bill 92): An Ordinance Providing for the Cost of Water System
Improvements in "Improvement District No. 19 - Kona Ocean View Properties Subdivision," District of
North Kona, County of Hawaii, Fixing the Portion of the Cost to be Assessed Against Benefited
Assessment Units, Adopting Final Assessment Roll, Imposing Assessment Lien Against Each
Assessment Unit Assessed According to the Assessment, Providing for Payment of Assessments in
Installments, and Authorizing Further Actions by the Director of Finance. AYES: Council Members
Eoff, Ford, Ilagan, Kanuha, Kern, Onishi, Poindexter, Wille, and Chair Yoshimoto —9; NOES:
