Good Morning. I'm Normita Error. I live in Kona Orchards, and I'm here regarding
Bill 328, speaking in opposition to the project. You probably remember my
husband, George. Sadly he died last year, but I know what he would be saying to
you today. He would say, "There are only three things wrong with this
development. They are density, density, and density."
That became evident the last time this development was before you, and it ended
with withdrawal of the project. At the end of that meeting Mrs. Ford asked Mr.
Barrett "What size lots would you consider?" And he answered, "I have no
problem with all 15 thousand square foot lots." I couldn't believe my ears so I
watched the TV replay of the meeting to make sure I heard correctly.
If only he had come to you now with all 15) -lots. We would probably not be
here objecting to the density of his proposal.
