Subject: Resolution 140-13 Kohala Kai Easement
Tax Map Key: (3)5-9-017:001 to 008
The Council Council Resolution 140-13,to be considered by the Finance Committee on
December 3, 2013,was referred to the South Kohala Community Development Plan Action
Committee (SKCDPAC) for consideration and discussion. The SKCDPAC included the item on
the agenda for consideration and discussion at the October 28 and November 25 meetings.
Positions of those opposed to the Public Access Easement to be turned over to the County and the
positions of the developer were heard and considered. The SKCDPAC at the November 25
meeting unanimously approved the following statement:
The South Kohala Community Development Action Committee recommends that Resolution 140-
13 be differed for further discussion and consensus among the parties involved.
