Dear Hawaii County Council Members,
I strongly urge you to vote yes of bill 113 .
I have been a resident of Hawaii for nearly 30 years and only recently became aware of GMO
studies and their harmful affects on our agriculture, land and human health. Knowing this
now I look back and connect the dots not only to the pesticide (like roundup) that they
tried to convince us that it was safe to use or be around and proved not to be at all safe
based on the allergic reaction my daughter and I would have when exposed. It's now it ' s
starting to make sense as to why my daughter has gut issues as well as severe eczema and
gas me questioning if all of the Hawaii grown fruits and vegetables I fed her led to her
condition. .
Please give us a right to know what we are eating. Label GMO! ! And complete more studies
in its affect to humans and our precious Aina.
