RESOLUTION
NAMING OF STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized to
adopt a street name of unnamed roadway in the County of Hawaii
pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22, Hawaii County
Code ; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of
August 28, 1986, approved the following name for a certain
unnamed roadway in Hamakua, Hawaii ; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
said roadway, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be
named as follows :
Nienie Place - Name of land section street is located in
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 1st , day of October ,
1986.
