Taking any action without further study is an illogical move for the Council at this time. For the Council to appoint a Task Force panel of both stakeholders and scientifically GMO-knowledgeable persons is the logical action step for the Council to now take. And this step must be taken now, before any further action is taken on Bill 113 Draft#3. Thank you for consideration of my testimony. Mike Luce 62-4014 Moani Pikake Place.
