SUBJECT: An Ordinance Amending Chapter 25, Article 2, Division 4, Section 25-2-42 of the
Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended) Relating to Site Visits
for Change of Zoning District Applications
Please find attached a bill to amend the Hawai`i County Code to require that the Planning
Director, or an authorized representative of the Planning Director, conduct a site visit of any
property on which an application for a change of zoning district has been submitted.
Please refer the attached bill to the appropriate committee to meet on January 21, 2014.
