SUBJECT: An Ordinance Amending Chapter 23, Article 4, Division 1, Section 23-61 of the
Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended) Relating to Site Visits
for Applications for Subdivisions
Please find attached a bill to amend the Hawai`i County Code to require that the Planning
Director, or an authorized representative of the Planning Director, conduct a site visit of any
property on which an application for a subdivision has been submitted.
Please refer the attached bill to the appropriate committee to meet on January 21, 2014.
