and Plants and Associated Pesticides
Attached is a resolution proposing a State bill (Exhibit A), relating to the counties' authority to
regulate the cultivation and development of genetically engineered crops and plants and
associated pesticides.
I am requesting that this resolution be waived to the January 22, 2014, Council meeting.
