Espejo is a lifelong resident of Hawai'i. He is presently retired, and a former member of the County of Hawaii Transportation Commission. Mr. Espejo states that he is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, he will serve a term to end eleven months after confirmation. Council District 2 — Glen S. Matsuda is a lifelong resident of Hawaii. He is presently employed by the Hilo Fish Company. Mr. Matsuda is a former member of the Hawai'i County Fire Commission and the Hawaii County Cost of Government Commission. He states that he is a Democrat. If confirmed, he will serve a term to end eleven months after confirmation. Council District 3 —Ashley L. Kierkiewicz is a lifelong resident of Hawaii. She is presently employed by Hastings & Pleadwell: A Communication Company. Ms. Kierkiewicz is on the Board of Directors of HIEDB, and she is the current PR Chair for the Zonta Club of Hilo. She states that she is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, she will serve a term to end eleven months after confirmation. Council District 7 — Susan E. Maddox is a 42-year resident of Hawai'i. She is employed by the Friends of the Future as their Executive Team Leader. Ms. Maddox is the former Executive Director and current Secretary of the Neighborhood Place of Kona. She is also a former board member of Na Kalai Waa, Five Mountains Hawai'i and the Hawaii Island Rural Health Association. Ms. Maddox states that she is not affiliated with any political party. He is a member of the Department of Education's Hui Laulima-Ula, and serves as the treasurer of the Kona Church of the Nazarene. Mr. Mitchell states that he is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed he will serve a term to end eleven months after confirmation. Council District 9 — Linda M. Kelly is a 21-year resident of Hawai'i. She is presently employed by Mauna Lani Realty as a Real Estate Broker. Ms. Kelly is a member of the Kona Christian Church, past president of the Fairways at Mauna Lani Homeowner's Association, and she is associated with Arise Hawaii Women's Conference. She states that she is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed she will serve a term to end eleven months after confirmation.
