To whom this may concern,
As residents of the Kailapa community, we testify that we are in need of a
sheltered gathering place. Our kupuna as well as our keiki would greatly benefit
from such a center. All residents should be able to do activities such as teach,
exercise, hold meetings, gather during emergencies and hold other events in a safe
environment. Unlike many areas, our neighborhood is isolated by distance from
any unpopular places to gather. Please support our community center through
funding which is greatly needed.
