Grant Period (Commencement & Completion): June 8, 2012 to December 24, 2013
Goals: Protect the Haina wellhead from sewer pollution by financially
assisting the lot owners with their sewer connection costs.
Objectives: Disburse $250,000 in grant funds to the lot owners within the wellhead protection
zone using the criteria outlined in the grant.
Outcomes or Results: The entire $250,000 was disbursed to reimburse sewer connection costs for
32 properties. 27 property owners were reimbursed for 100% of their connection costs.
