Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), Relating to Non-Dedicated Agricultural Use
Assessment and Commercial Agricultural Use Dedication for Certified Organic
Operations
Attached is a bill for an ordinance amending Chapter 19, Articles 1, 7, and 8 of the Hawai`i
County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), relating to the extension of the non-dedicated
agricultural use assessment class and the commercial agricultural use dedication for operations
determined to be certified as organic, per the United States Department of Agriculture.
Please refer this item to the appropriate committee to meet on February 4, 2014.
