SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 159, Draft 2; An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 13-
66, As Amended, Relating to Public Improvements and Financing Thereof For
The Fiscal Year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014 (Add St. John's Road Guardrail
Project)
Please find attached Bill No. 159, Draft 2. Bill No. 159 was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 544.1, as duly approved by the Council on January 22, 2014. The Council
found that the amendment was non-substantive and passed Bill No. 159, Draft 2, on second and
final reading.
