Perry of Council District 4, to the County of Hawai'i Cost of Government Commission. Mr. Perry is a lifelong resident of Hawai'i. He is a former member of the County of Hawai'i Water Board. Mr. Perry is presently the Farm Manager of Volcano Isle Fruit Company, Inc., and the Manager of the Kinoole Farmers' Market. Mr. Perry is the president of the Hilo County Farm Bureau. He is a board member of the Hawai'i Papaya Industry Association, and a member of the Big Island Farm Bureau and the Big Island Banana Growers Association. Mr. Perry states that he is a Democrat.
