Perry of Council <br /> District 4, to the County of Hawai'i Cost of Government Commission. Mr. Perry is a <br /> lifelong resident of Hawai'i. He is a former member of the County of Hawai'i Water <br /> Board. Mr. Perry is presently the Farm Manager of Volcano Isle Fruit Company, Inc., <br /> and the Manager of the Kinoole Farmers' Market. <br /> Mr. Perry is the president of the Hilo County Farm Bureau. He is a board member of <br /> the Hawai'i Papaya Industry Association, and a member of the Big Island Farm Bureau <br /> and the Big Island Banana Growers Association.
