WEST HAWAII SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY

Please be informed that there is a water commitment for the proposed development in the amount of 19,200
gallons per day, or forty-eight(48)additional units of water at an average of 400 gallons per day, per unit.
We have received detailed calculations that the anticipated water demand is based on the use of low flow
fixtures. We would like to obtain assurance that this type of fixtures will be installed during construction.
Lastly, the Department does not exempt the requirement to pay the facilities charge for additional water for a
development applying for the 201H status.
