Friday, 15th T-H newspaper:
US Judge Seabright wrote that arguments based on assumption about voter
behavior cannot be judged without evidence in Haw. Dems VS Haw. Open Primary
and the same can be said about GMO - allegations of ill-health attributed to GMO
products cannot be supported w/o evidence and there is ZERO EVIDENCE...
Heresay stories will not succeed in a court-of-law
In a court-of-law this bill will thrown out for lack of evidence....
The Judge ruled in favor of the state & he set the precedent concerning assumption
and lack of evidence.
This also applies to section 1, article XI, Hawaii State Constitution and that will be
a factor in the lawsuit also.
It is not the 'RIGHT" of this council, nor any council, to dictate what can / can't be
eaten and that is what you will try to do if bill 113 is passed.... The basic preamble
of the USA constitution is one of choices, we make dozens everyday, and for this
council which has no ag. edu., very little business edu., no ag. experience,
very little business experience, to dictate choices is illegal and uncon-
stitutional.

The terror that you have caused the farmers/ ranchers to experience in their
hearts, heads, bodies, psyche is as powerful as any Al-Quida pipe-bomb and
the terrorr that you have caused is disgraceful and will be part of my lawsuit....
Farming and ranching, small businesses, are the backbone for any economy and
for this council to attempt to destroy that element because of unproven allegations/
heresay evidence, that will not prevail in a court-of-law, is BEYOND BOGUS. You
should be working on ways / methods to promote farming, ranching, small
businesses so that employment will be available for the graduating seniors and
they would want to make living in Hawaii part of their career not escape to a
progressive climate where GMO co-exists with organic.
The voters in your districts need to know how you have attempted to destroy
the fibre and fabric of"community" that they have developed for 100s of years,
by your banning the products they have been providing for years, w/o any
proven ill-health incidents-** report card time Poindexter and you fail.***
I will remind them next election cycle, in every district 393. 500 Q

For many years the farmers/ranchers have been toiling to work the earth to
provide for their families and earn some $$$ independent of welfare in this
NANNY STATE. Bill 113 will end their hard work and put them on welfare,
this is cess-pool thinking.
They do not have the benefit of ur guaranteed $900 per week, expense account,
benefits that y'all enjoy w/o getting ur hands dirty for parttime work...not even work..
POINDEXTER, to throw the farmers/ranchers in ur district under the bus is so
ROTTEN AND DISGRACEFUL that it STINKS....you are destroying the vey fibre
and fabric of the "community" that you supposedly are in favor of....report card time.
GMO/organic have been co-existing for17 years side-by-side on shelves on the
B.I. with zero proven ill-health issues -they can co-exist ; why
is this an issue NOW???? for those on the 2008 council who voted against GMO
coffee, HOW IS THAT WORKING FOR YOU ???? with the coffee berry borer/silk
worm laughing at you and destroying 100s of productive acres... Organic is NOT
SUSTAINABLE, MORE EXPENSIVE, AND HAS ZERO PROVEN NUTRITIONAL
VALUE BENEFITS OVER GMO PRODUCTS....more lawsuit points (facts).
Farmers / ranchers growing organic and GMO on the same farm have zero cross-
pollination but your pig-headedness cannot HEAR WHAT THEY ARE SAYING...
I prefer an economy that is vibrant with new technology which GMO will promote,
GMO flowers, veggies, new meds, new education possibilities, robotics, etc.,
and if y'all don't like new techonology then give back ur new cell phones, compt.,
clothes, cars, anything new and move way out into the jungle, off the grid cos you
won't like electricty either or water and live your organic life-style, that is ur choice
but you HAVE NO RIGHT/AUTHORITY to jam your life-style down my throat nor
anybody else, the USA is a NATION OF CHOICES....I want something to be proud
of and bill 113 and this council is nothing to be proud of...
The testifier who has raised 3 children organic?? I have 1 child and 6 GC who
were raised on GMO and are just as healthy, talented, and intelligent....living in
Oklahoma..I'm 70 years old and raised on GMO products...my health is as good as
anybody on this island or in the state.
