The bill "thro s out the baby with the bath water.
Most of the Nod we buy at the store has been developed and/or bred
over the years throw r h genetic selection; pigs, cattle, fruits, vegetables etc.
I don't think th- County Council has the knowledge, expertise and/or
ability to duplicate w at the Federal agencies do and which they s end billions of
dollars doing.
