SUBJECT: A Resolution to Amend Rule No. 2 of the Rules of Procedure and
Organization of the Council of the County of Hawai`i
Attached is a resolution to amend Rule No. 2, Meetings, of the Rules of Procedure and
Organization of the Council of the County of Hawai`i. The amendment would add protocol
for the roll call of Council Members at meetings of the Council and its committees.
I am requesting this resolution be placed on the February 19, 2014 Council agenda.
