o I would like to offer my written testimony in support of Bill 64 . Albezia is an unsafe
flora on this island and should be removed wherever it grows .
> Despite the lack of quorum by the committee, the negative recommendation recently
recorded is not truly representative of the best interests of the citizens of this island.
