Subject: Transfering of Funds
We would appreciate your review and approval of our request to transfer $5,000
from the County Clerk's Office, Election Division Postage Account
#010 - 107 - 5107.02 -101 and $5,700 from the Printing Account
#010 - 107 - 5107.02 -106. We are requesting $10,000 be transferred into the
Overtime S &W Account #010 - 107 - 5107.01 -021 and $700 into the Miscellaneous
S &W #010 - 107 - 5107.01 -099.
The transfer of funds will enable us to cover a shortage in the Overtime S &W and
Miscellaneous Accounts due to the overtime encountered with the verification of
the petition submitted by the Parents Against Irradiation Committee . yory for your consideration.
