TITLE: Nominates Max E. Newberg to the Board of Appeals
EXPLANATION: From Mayor William P. Kenoi, submitting for the Council's
review and confirmation Mr. Newberg's nomination. If confirmed,
he will serve the remainder of a vacant term that expires on
December 31, 2016.
A 16-year resident of Hawai`i, Mr. Newberg is employed by the
Hawaii Regional Council of Carpenters as a Field Representative.
He states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
RECOMMENDATION: Confirmation of the appointment of Max E. Newberg to the Board
of Appeals
