TITLE: A Resolution Proposing A State Bill Relating to the Counties' Authority
to Regulate the Cultivation and Development of Genetically Engineered
Crops and Plants and Associated Pesticides.
EXPLANATION: Introduced by Council Member Margaret Wille,this resolution requests
the Hawai`i State Legislature to approve legislation relating to the
counties' authority to regulate agriculture. Submits a proposed bill,
attached as an"Exhibit A."
