RESOLUTION NO. 305 14
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR ELECTRIC FANS AT THE WAIAKEA
RECREATION CENTER.
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is in need of funding to purchase
electric fans for the Waiakea Recreation Center; and
WHEREAS, fans will provide circulation and air flow for spectators and participants
during events at the Waiakea Recreation Center; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to
the Department of Parks and Recreation to assist in the purchase of electric fans; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the Director
of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of
this resolution.
