Re: Resolutions Authorizing County to Enter into Agreements
Enclosed are two resolutions authorizing the Mayor to enter into agreements
with the State Department of the Attorney General for the following:
• Victim Witness Assistance Program - to assist victims and witnesses in the
judicial process
• Career Criminal Prosecution - to fund expenses to prosecute crimes of
career criminals
