Please vote in support of Bill 113. The facts and the urgency that now is the right time is here. The only excuse against passing this bill has to do with $$$ for a minority population. Money is not real, it is a man made concept. New rules are being made, changed and manipulated all the time. Our land is real. It is being destroyed. That will destroy us all eventually. We can inspire affected farmers and figure out ways to help secure their futures, and this bill allows for that too. Let's do this together and not allow poor direction of past decisions to continue a terrible tragic cycle. I hope this final vote reflects what is right and not voting from personal bias or irrational peer pressure from family, vocal minorities, or the corporate intimidation you or these farmers may be receiving. Any vote against Bill 113 is a poor choice that you will be held accountable for. So do what's right. It may not be easy for a couple of you to do what's right, and all I can say is please listen to reason and help us all be the change we want to be, which includes helping affected farmers. This is a democracy and the majority has clearly spoken in favor of Bill 113. Mahalo nui loa, Brian Tucker Hawaii Island resident and local nonGMO farmer supporter sent with aloha Comm. No, 393.
