• 4OJMSYIOS M. ,• <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII -• ��" '! •- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> �r�rEoi•N►�' . <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3°6 1 4 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR WEST HAWAI`I'S COMMUNITY BEACH <br /> CLEAN-UP <br /> WHEREAS, the West Hawai`i's Community Beach Clean-Up is scheduled for <br /> March 1, 2014, which involves a 45 mile clean-up of West Hawai`i's beaches from <br /> `Anaeho`omalu Bay to Honaunau; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Big Island Wave Riders Against Drugs is a 501(c)(3)tax exempt non- <br /> profit organization and co-sponsors the West Hawai`i's Community Beach Clean-Up with the <br /> County of Hawai`i; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Big Island Wave Riders Against Drugs promotes unity through drug- <br /> free group participation, as well as raises the community's awareness of the importance of <br /> maintaining cleanliness at our beaches; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Liquor Control for expenses associated with the West Hawai`i's Community <br /> Beach Clean-Up; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $3,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $3,000 <br />
