Big Island Banana Growers We are Hawaii Farmers and Ranchers United; a group formed to Protect our
Hamakua,Hilo&Kohala Freedom to Farm. At an annual value of $194 million, we produce almost all
Farm Bureau Counties of the island's agriculture - 93 percent of the agricultural products grown
and raised on the Big Island.
Hawaii Floriculture&
Nursery Association We support the intent of this bill. As a United agriculture group we support
"Inclusivity" and all methods of agriculture production.
Partners
Hawaii Coffee Association We support Bill 185 and it's intent; if it retains the wording and applies to
certified organic farmers. We would ask that you to consider incentives
Hawaii Farm Bureau that seek to strengthen our Islands agriculture production and encourage all
types of farming methods, thereby increasing our food security for Hawaii
Hawaii Island Economic
Development Board Island.
Hawaii Macadamia Nut We strongly support a tax credit for ALL Hawaii Grown products that are
