SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT:
SECTION 24-288 - BANYAN DRIVE-FREIGHT LOADING ZONES
We request the Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 6 (Loading
Zones), Section 24-288, Schedule 36 (Freight loading zones), subsection (c) (South
Hilo), be amended by deleting existing item and renumbering as required:
[(28-)] [Banyan Drive, east (makai) side, from a point six hundred seventy three feet
north of Banyan Way and cxtcnding thirty seven feet in the northerly direction.

IN THE NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION.
