ORDINANCE NO. 14 13
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 13-66, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 2013 TO JUNE 30, 2014.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 13-66, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and
Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014, is hereby amended by
adding the following project:
PARKS AND RECREATION:
Kahuku Park Main Water Line Improvements $150,000
(110.599.5598.91)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund-Fund Balance and/or $150,000
Other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
