SUBJECT: Discussion regarding Bill No. 191: An Ordinance Amending Chapter 25,
Article 5, Division 14 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, As
Amended), by Allowing Village Commercial (CV) District Uses within
the Limited Industrial (ML) District.
Attached are maps of Hilo, Kea'au and Kailua-Kona. As the legend indicates, areas
marked with diagonal lines indicate the location of Limited Industrial use districts. Some
of the parcels are also labeled, indicating representative uses for the land.
Please distribute these maps to Planning Committee members for the discussion
scheduled for February 18, 2014, regarding Bill No. 191.
