Also requests formation of an ad hoc committee pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §92-2.5(b). The ad hoc committee will conduct the grant reviews via interviews and/or site visitations with applicants, then provide its information and findings to HSSSC. Ad hoc Committee created for the purpose of to review the applications from agencies who applied for funding, conduct interviews and perform site visits as determined appropriate, and present its recommendations. Ms. Eoff will be Chair of the ad hoc, with Mr. Ilagan, Mr. Onishi, and Ms. Poindexter as members. ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 281-14: AUTHORIZES THE EXEMPTION OF CERTAIN CODE REQUIREMENTS, PURSUANT TO SECTION 201H-38 AND SECTION 46-15 OF THE HAWAI‘I REVISED STATUTES, FOR THE WEST HAWAI‘I SENIOR LIVING IN NORTH KONA, HAWAI‘I, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 7-5-017:005 Requests exemptions from certain application fees, the grubbing permit, the use permit, certain Zoning Code requirements, and certain conditions in Ordinance 06-78, to reduce the cost of constructing 147 affordable housing units proposed by West Hawai‘i Health, LLC.
