BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII : SECTION 1. Schedule 14, Section 2-D, Article 16, Chapter 6, Hawaii County Code, is hereby amended by adding the following item: "25. On the Hamakua side of Manono Street, beginning from a point 145 feet mauka of Kamehameha Avenue and extending 45 feet in the mauka direction. This item to be in force 24 hours daily, including Sundays and holidays. " SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
