ORDINANCE NO. 248
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 12, CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE) ,
HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1 . Schedule 7 (Established Crosswalks) ,
Section 1-A, Article 12, Chapter 6, Hawaii County Code , is
hereby amended by adding the following item under "Kona" :
"24. Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona, 350 feet south
of Hualalai Road , at the south entrance
of St. Michael' s Church. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval .

This Bill amends Article 12 , Chapter 6 (Traffic Code) by
establishing a crosswalk on Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona.
