ORDINANCE NO. 249
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE 3 (MINORS IN STREET TRADES) ,
OF CHAPTER 4 , HAWAII COUNTY CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII :
SECTION 1. Article 3 , of Chapter 4 , Hawaii County Code,
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
