ORDINANCE NO. 250
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE 5 (POI SHOPS) , OF CHAPTER 4 ,
HAWAII COUNTY CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII :
SECTION 1 . Article 5, of Chapter 4 , Hawaii County Code,
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
