ORDINANCE NO. 251
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE 6 (SLAUGHTER HOUSES) , OF
CHAPTER 4 HAWAII COUNTY CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII :
SECTION 1. Article 6 , of Chapter 4 , Hawaii County Code ,
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
